We ship United States and International orders UPS or FedEx.
Exceptions: APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box address must ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping costs will now be calculated during check out.
Please note: You will be notified of a tracking number for each order.
Shipping and Delivery Time Frame
We provide premium quality lace wig units; therefore we require the following time frame to ensure our high quality standards.
Celebrity/Custom Wigs – ship within approximately 4 – 6 weeks. Each wig is custom made to your measurements and specifications, with each individual strand of hair being hand tied and double knotted to ensure the highest quality standards.
Stock Wigs – ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it can take 1-5 business days for your package to be delivered via UPS. Exception: APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box addresses ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Adhesives/Supplies – If you only order these products, they will ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it can take up to 5 business days for your package to be delivered via UPS.
Exception: APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box addresses ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
TrinityLacewig.Com’s Shipping Policy :
We cannot be responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather, computer system failures or other issues beyond our control. We take no responsibility for late shipments due to incorrect billing information. For security purposes, we can only deliver shipments to billing address. All orders will be verified.
TrinityLacewig.Com’s Return Policy:
Return Policy – In the event we send you the wrong or defective merchandise we will allow you to make an exchange only. We do not accept Exchanges on wigs that have been altered–NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following to the lace wig unit:
DO NOT cut the lace
DO NOT tear or rip the lace
DO NOT put glue on the unit
DO NOT put products on the unit
DO NOT put any chemicals on the unit
DO NOT dye the unit
DO NOT chemically treat the unit
DO NOT attempt to correct the problem yourself prior to calling us
DO NOT style or cut the hair on the unit
DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the unit
DO NOT WEAR the unit
DO NOT destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and wig bag
Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our exchange policy. If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the exchange and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We DO NOT issue refunds. If you meet the terms of these conditions, you will receive an exchange or an online in-store credit.
Please call (210-858-8554) or email ([email protected]) for an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). No exchange will be accepted without this identification number.
When returning the lace wig unit, please also include the following information in your package:
1. Your order number
2. The reason for the exchange
3. The type of hair, length, texture and color you would like to replace your returned wig with
4. The shipping address and telephone number
Properly pack the items and mail back to us. The invoice number and invoice date must be on the outside of the package. We will refuse packages without this information. Mail returns to: TrinityLacewigs.Com (TLC), 7400 Blanco, Suite 111, San Antonio, TX 78216

PayPal is one of our online payment processors. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit and/or debit cards.
Even if PayPal has approved your payment, TrinityLacewigs.Com WILL NOT accept your order IF the billing and shipping information is different. This means “The billing name and address must exactly match the shipping name and address” or the payment will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. This is the policy of TrinityLacewigs.Com, instituted to eliminate fraud and to safeguard customer purchases. If your order must ship to an address other than the billing address, you must place the order with us at 210-858-8554 so that we may verify the billing information first. IMPORTANT! Emails will not be sent to notify customers of order cancellations due to billing and shipping inconsistencies since this notice is explained on our Policy page.
